Subscription Plans
- All our website plans (₹299/month or similar) are billed on an annual subscription basis.
- Once a subscription is purchased and the setup process has begun (domain, hosting, SSL, or website design), the payment is non-refundable.
- This is because we immediately allocate resources, purchase domain/hosting on your behalf, and start work on your website.
Cancellation of Subscription
- You can request cancellation of your subscription at any time by contacting us through Live Chat on our website.
- After cancellation, your website and related services will remain active until the end of the billing period (1 year from the date of purchase).
- Services will not auto-renew if you choose to cancel before the renewal date.
Refund Eligibility
Refunds are only applicable in the following situations:
- If we are unable to deliver the website within 7 working days of receiving your required details (name, profession, content, etc.).
- If there is a double charge or accidental payment error from our system.
Please note: Refunds are not provided if you simply change your mind after the setup has started or if you stop using the service mid-subscription.
