Subscription & Payments

  • Our plans are billed on an annual subscription basis.
  • Payment must be made in advance at the time of purchase.
  • Once the subscription is activated, we allocate resources like domain, hosting, and SSL, which are non-transferable.

Delivery Timeline

  • After you provide the required details (such as your name, profession, content, and images), we aim to deliver your website within 24–48 working hours.
  • In some cases, it may take up to 7 working days depending on the availability of details and workload.

Use of Website

  • Your website is meant to be used as a professional digital identity (for doctors, lawyers, consultants, freelancers, teachers, etc.).
  • You agree not to use our services for:
    • Illegal, offensive, or misleading content
    • Spamming or fraudulent activities
    • Violating Indian laws or third-party rights
  • We reserve the right to suspend or terminate services if these terms are violated.

Refund & Cancellation

  • In short, payments are non-refundable once setup has started, except in special cases like non-delivery within 7 days or double payments.

Renewal Policy

  • Subscriptions are valid for 12 months from the purchase date.
  • You will receive renewal reminders before expiry.
  • If you choose not to renew, your website and services will be discontinued after the billing period ends.

Limitation of Liability

  • While we take utmost care in providing uninterrupted services, we are not responsible for downtime, technical issues, or losses caused by third-party providers (domain registrar, hosting provider, etc.).
  • Our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the subscription.
